We are hiring a Business Development Executive who is sharp, articulate, and genuinely interested in understanding how businesses grow — not someone who wants to cold-call from a script and hit a dial count. What You Will Do
Your job is to identify, engage, and qualify potential clients for Klovant Tech’s services — application development, digital marketing, staffing, design, funnel development, and support. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects, and the quality of that first impression will directly impact Klovant’s revenue growth.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients across target industries (SaaS, e-commerce, healthcare, fintech, real estate, marketing agencies). Use LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools to build targeted prospect lists. Your goal is to find companies that need what Klovant offers — not spray and pray.
- Outreach & Engagement: Write and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp. This is not template blasting. You will craft messages that reference the prospect’s specific business, their recent news, or a pain point visible on their website. We will train you on frameworks, but genuine curiosity is something you bring yourself.
- Discovery Calls: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to understand their challenges, timelines, and budgets. Ask smart questions. Listen more than you talk. Qualify whether there is a genuine fit before passing the opportunity to the senior team.
- CRM Management: Log every interaction in our CRM (GoHighLevel). Maintain clean pipeline data — deal stages, notes, follow-up dates, and contact details. Leadership should be able to open the CRM at any time and see exactly where every opportunity stands.
- Proposal Support: Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and case study presentations for qualified prospects. You will work with the marketing and delivery teams to tailor each proposal to the client’s specific needs.
- Market Research: Track competitors, industry trends, and new market opportunities. Identify patterns in what prospects are asking for and feed those insights back to the team. You are Klovant’s eyes and ears in the market.
- Partnership Development: Identify and initiate conversations with potential referral partners, complementary agencies, and technology partners. Build relationships that create inbound lead channels over time.
- Event & Networking Support: Represent Klovant at local industry events, startup meetups, and networking sessions in Hyderabad and virtually. Build genuine connections — not just collect business cards.
Who You Are
You have completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field — or you have equivalent experience through internships, freelance work, or entrepreneurial ventures. We are open to fresh graduates who demonstrate exceptional communication skills and commercial instinct.
You are genuinely interested in technology and business. You understand, at least at a basic level, what software development involves, what digital marketing does, and why companies hire staffing firms. You do not need to be an expert — but you should not be starting from zero either.
You communicate with clarity and confidence. Whether it is a LinkedIn message, a discovery call, or an email follow-up, you express ideas in a way that feels professional and human, never robotic or overly salesy. You know the difference between being persistent and being annoying.
You handle rejection well. Business development involves hearing “no” frequently. You do not take it personally. You learn from it, refine your approach, and move forward.
You are self-motivated and accountable. You do not need someone watching over your shoulder to stay productive. You set your own daily targets, track your own numbers, and hold yourself to a standard higher than what is expected.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is hungry to learn, obsessed with data, and excited about working across multiple marketing channels from day one — not someone who wants to sit in a corner doing one repetitive task.
What You Will Do
You will work directly with the Marketing Manager on live client campaigns and Klovant’s own brand marketing. This is a hands-on execution role where you will touch real budgets, real platforms, and real results from your first week.
- SEO & Content: Conduct keyword research, optimize on-page elements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal links), monitor rankings, and support content calendar execution. Assist with AEO and GEO optimization strategies for AI search visibility.
- Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X for Klovant and client accounts. Draft post copy, design simple graphics using Canva or Figma, respond to comments, and track engagement metrics.
- Paid Media Support: Assist in setting up and managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Monitor budgets, track conversions, compile performance reports, and suggest optimizations based on data.
- Email Marketing: Build email lists, create campaigns in tools like Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, or ConvertKit. Write email copy, set up automated drip sequences, and track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Pull weekly and monthly performance reports from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Analytics. Present data in clear dashboards that clients and leadership can understand.
- Funnel Support: Assist in building and optimizing landing pages and sales funnels on GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels. Set up tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and conversion events.
- Client Communication: Join client calls, take notes, prepare status updates, and maintain project trackers. You will learn how to present marketing results to business owners who care about revenue, not vanity metrics.
Who You Are
- You have completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field — or you have equivalent practical experience through internships, freelancing, or self-taught projects.
- You understand the basics of how digital marketing works. You know the difference between SEO and SEM. You have set up at least one social media campaign or blog, even if it was for a college project or personal brand. You are familiar with Google Analytics, or at the very least, you have explored it and are eager to learn.
- You write clearly. Not fancy prose — clear, direct sentences that communicate an idea without fluff. Marketing copy is a skill we will teach you, but baseline writing ability is not negotiable. You are organized and reliable. When you say something will be done by Thursday, it is done by Thursday. You use checklists, calendars, or task managers — we do not care which tool, as long as things do not fall through cracks.
- You are curious about AI and how it is changing marketing. You do not need to be an expert, but you should be the kind of person who has tried ChatGPT, experimented with AI image tools, or at least read about how AI is affecting search and content.
Skills & Tools
